I am an Eagle Scout and a former active-duty United States Army Officer. I have been strongly influenced, throughout my life, by the values I learned serving these organizations. I have also been continually influenced by the strong morals and community-serving nature of my parents. I have tried my best to live by these core values and to teach my two sons and my daughter, by example, about the importance of living their young lives by these values too.
Honesty, good work and integrity are the values I hold most important in my life, which is why I am passionate about representing individuals harmed by those who misrepresented the truth or outright lied to them. I like taking on corporations that have negligently or intentionally taken advantage of their workers or put defective products in the market.
Corporate greed and apathy for the safety and life of the real people that make up our country, require action on the part of trial lawyers to correct. As trial lawyers, our firm provides an invaluable deterrence to those trying to take advantage of the powerless in the system. Our country was founded on the ideals of hard work and fairness and I believe in fighting to make sure our clients get the justice they deserve. I am proud to fight for my clients, and want my kids to learn from my example to fight for those that can’t fight for themselves.
I have had the pleasure and privilege of working with some wonderful clients over the years – getting to know them and, sadly, also their widows and children. Every individual who has experienced catastrophic injury caused by product defects, exposure to asbestos or benzene, or just general corporate negligence, needs someone who can fight on their behalf to make sure the responsible parties are held accountable.
Our firm is that firm. We will work tirelessly for our clients and I am honored to be part of the team, scouring over thousands of documents to find the ones that best demonstrate to the jury the apathy, negligence and greed that too often have take priority over doing what’s right. I am committed to making sure people with significant injuries have someone to fight for them. I am also committed to making sure that those with the power to take advantage of others, learn that it is wrong to do so, and change their ways.
